I think this is a usefl idea. We have a lot of members with identical names and even middle initials and an additional field of ‘known name’ or the like would help generally in identifying them in booking in lists etc. We kind of get round in by putting names in brakets as a middle initial but this is not elegant. It also raises the issue about HM uniquely identifying members by there names (cont:

Sorry, didn’t realise I wasn’t logged in when created anon suggestion above. Anyway, the ability to assign more than one locker to a member would also be desirable.

A new selection criterion to limit the information displayed to Members in a Membership Category has been added to a number of reports including Membership reports and Accounting reports. Note Accounting reports are only available When Membership Option is installed.
This new feature will be available in the 2009 software release.davegilmour

Uniquely identifying members using their membership number would be better, but housekeeping the numbers would need to be better regarding past members.
