Reasons for Disqualification from a competition
There are reasons for disqualifying a player from a competition that don't have an R&A rule. For example failed to put name on the competition entry sheet. It would be useful if we could have a free type area to show the reason a player was disqualified if it is not an R & A rule.

Enable Leader board to be printed during competition before closure
In County Events the scores are taken and written in on a spread sheet on a white board. If the leader board could be printed off during a competition regularly it would look much more professional

Allow players to enter match play results
This would ensure results are in by closing date for that round.

Confirming EGA Handicaps as "Active"
Handicaps may be marked as Inactive after an Annual Handicap Review, can we have the option of confirming players handicaps as active after an annual handicap review (as per EGA Handicap System Appendix B)

Include additional choice elements
Our club allow Juniors to play in Men's competitions but only if their handicaps are 15 or below.
Equally, Junior events can only be open to members who are less than 18 years of age.

Hole by hole analysis showing ranking per hole for individual player
I would like to be able to analyse scorecards by player to rank holes on home course which would allow individual players to see which holes they consistently have trouble with or play best.

Reword the "Open a New Competition" link in Competition Tasks to "Create a New Competition"

Automatically apply scores at a fixed time on the day of a comp. For alternate day comps.
We run our comps over 3 days with individual css for each day, it would help if the scores could be applied without manual intervention so that player entry would only show 1 open comp for each day over the weekend.

Thank you for this suggestion. There are a number of possible issues to allow us to implement this as there are various questions that CONGU require to be asked when applying scores e.g. players to be disqualified etc. making an automatic applying of scores problematic!
I wonder if the following may be of interest?
There is a facility in our Premier and Network editions with Player Entry that allow a competition to only be visible for specific time for players to select. This facility would I believe address your issue?

provide a 'bin' for unplayed or cancelled comps or medals
its possible for comps or medals to get lost in the shufle of a busy schedule. this would remind organisers.

Allow entry of cards for handicap
It would be great if the handicap secretary could enter the required cards (played on the home course(s)) for handicapping purposes and have the system calculate the correct handicap. We have 3 h/cap secretaries who all do it slightly differently.

Improve OoM - Ranking Table

Allow 4 or more competition items fees per competition
At the moment there is only the option to set 3 compeition fees. We often run a two's comp, sweep and 2 comps together which requires 4 fees entries.

Just list the total number of cards each player has presented for an eclectic when the report is printed

Add "don't publish" do template
The option to not publish has to be applied to each competition individually it would be useful if this could be a part of the template but still overrideable as required.

Membership Option - Payment Entry Screen
If their was a payment entry screen (similar to player entry) then we could set up a user with limited access to allow bar staff to take payments, issue receipts etc.. directly recorded into Handicap Master. The printed receipts would require to be split for member and till.
