Improve the formatting of emails to allow different fonts/colours and signatures for emailling members

We are pleased to announce that in our 2011 software we have added a facility to add a signature section to e-mails.
Including text formating in the body of the e-mail is not possible as the e-mail body text is in ‘plain text’.
Please note it is possible to attach a separate document with formatted text.
